Common Name: Ficus Elastica Ruby / Tineke

Description: The Ficus Elastica Ruby, also known as a variegated Rubber tree, is native to tropical regions of India and Malaysia. Its care is similar to that of the Rubber Tree, however its unique tri-colored variegation requires brighter light conditions than the Burgundy variety to keep the colors strong and defined.

Function: Air purifying plant, Reduce stress.

Care Guide:

1. Watering: Water once the soil becomes slightly dry to the touch and make sure the pot has sufficient drainage holes to allow excess water to seep through.

2. Sunlight: Nice brightly lit spot is ideal, without direct sunlight.

描述：橡皮树是一种观叶植物，在生活中比较常见，叶片宽大翠绿有光泽，且四季常青，具有极高的观赏价值，常被作为室内装饰植物。许多家庭或办公室中放置绿植，不仅是净化空气，更有利生旺。家中客厅光线比较充足，是宅内理气吉方的位置，尽量不要在阳台上摆放过多的绿植，以免遮挡光线。而将橡皮树摆放在客厅中，可催吉。

功效：净化空气的作用；而且黑金刚还能够吸收空气中的一氧化碳、二氧化碳、氟化氢等。可去除室内阴气和煞气。

易养护指数：黑金刚植物喜阳又耐阴，对光线的适应性比较强，所以可以摆放在客厅、书房等地方。

3. We will be responsible for replacing wilted plants received within 4 days of shipment to West Malaysia. The replacement will be included in the next order.

若包裹在 4天内收到植物死亡，我们将负责更换植物，更换的植物将包含在下一个订单。

4. It is normal when the colour of the plants looks fade and leaves fall during transit as they’d been kept in boxes for few days. Once items received, provide your plants with light, water & good airflow and will recover to their beauty.

真植物因物运输中封闭在箱子而导致褪色/稍微掉叶是正常的。给予足够的阳光水份将会生长回原来的模样。

5. Please understand that real plants are under non-claimable category, buyer have to take own risk if plant wilted/damaged due to delivery delay.

真植物不属于赔偿物品，买家须自行承担风险若运输延迟因素导致植物死亡。

6. During live plant transportation, broken leaves, cracked or damaged plastic pots, and spilled soil may occur and are difficult to avoid. However, these do not affect the plant’s health. With proper care and time, it will recover. We recommend repotting it into your own pot. Therefore, we do not offer refunds or compensation for such issues.

在运输真植物的过程中，叶片折断、塑料盆倾倒或破裂（尤其是大型植物）以及泥土洒落等情况难以避免。然而这些情况通常不会影响植物健康，只需适当养护和一定的恢复时间即可。建议将植物移栽至自备花盆，待其恢复至正常状态。我们不接受因上述运输问题而产生的赔偿或退款请求。
