Care Guide

Watering:

Soil Method - Keep soil evenly moist but not waterlogged. Water when the top inch of soil feels dry.

Hydroponic - Change water every 7–10 days; rinse roots when changing water to avoid algae. Maintain water level at 1/3–1/2 of root length.

Sunlight: Prefers bright, indirect light; tolerates low light but may flower less. Avoid direct sunlight which can scorch leaves.

Placement: Suitable for living rooms, offices, and bedrooms. Avoid placing near direct heat sources or strong drafts.

养护法：

浇水：

土培 - 保持土壤微湿，见干即浇，不要积水。

水培 - 每 7–10 天更换一次清水，同时清洗根系，避免藻类滋生。保持水位在根部的 1/3–1/2 处。

光照： 喜散射光，耐弱光，但光线过弱会影响开花；避免强烈直射阳光。

摆放位置： 适合客厅、办公室或卧室摆放，避免靠近暖气或冷气出风口。

3. We will be responsible for replacing wilted plants received within 4 days of shipment to West Malaysia. The replacement will be included in the next order.

4. It is normal when the colour of the plants looks fade and leaves fall during transit as they’d been kept in boxes for few days. Once items received, provide your plants with light, water & good airflow and will recover to their beauty.

真植物因物运输中封闭在箱子而导致褪色/稍微掉叶是正常的。给予足够的阳光水份将会生长回原来的模样。

5. Please understand that real plants are under non-claimable category, buyer have to take own risk if plant wilted/damaged due to delivery delay.

真植物不属于赔偿物品，买家须自行承担风险若运输延迟因素导致植物死亡。

6. During live plant transportation, broken leaves, cracked or damaged plastic pots, and spilled soil may occur and are difficult to avoid. However, these do not affect the plant’s health. With proper care and time, it will recover. We recommend repotting it into your own pot. Therefore, we do not offer refunds or compensation for such issues.

在运输真植物的过程中，叶片折断、塑料盆倾倒或破裂（尤其是大型植物）以及泥土洒落等情况难以避免。然而这些情况通常不会影响植物健康，只需适当养护和一定的恢复时间即可。建议将植物移栽至自备花盆，待其恢复至正常状态。我们不接受因上述运输问题而产生的赔偿或退款请求。
