Common Name: Sansevieria Bantel's Sensation 

Description: The Sansevieria Bantel's Sensation is a striking variety of the foolproof Snake Plant, boasting distinctive white vertical striping on its thinner-than-usual leaves. 

Function: Add visual impact to the environment, air purifying, anti-radiation 

Care Guide: 

Watering: Sansevieria like to dry out completely between waterings. 

Sunlight: Placed in ample bright indirect light, you won’t need to water it more than once every 10 days (at most) during the growing season. 

Placement: office, living room, balcony, kitchen, window side 

植物名：银玉剑虎皮兰 

描述: 银玉剑叶虎皮兰是百合科虎尾兰属的多年生草本观叶植物，为虎皮兰的变异品种，因为叶片呈长剑形且带有银白色的条纹，故而又称为叶剑虎尾兰和银玉虎尾兰，同时它也是众多虎尾兰品种中颜值极高的存在。 

功效：美化环境，防辐射，空气净化 

易养护指数：银乇剑叶虎皮兰很好养的，对光线要求不高，可以接受太阳直晒，也可以在半光半暗的地方。水份要求也间间，隔几天浇一次就行了。

3. We will be responsible for replacing wilted plants received within 4 days of shipment to West Malaysia. The replacement will be included in the next order.

若包裹在 4天内收到植物死亡，我们将负责更换植物，更换的植物将包含在下一个订单。

4. It is normal when the color of the plants looks fade and leaves fall during transit as they’d been kept in boxes for few days. Once items received, provide your plants with light, water & good airflow and will recover to their beauty.

真植物因物运输中封闭在箱子而导致褪色/稍微掉叶是正常的。给予足够的阳光水份将会生长回原来的模样。

5. Please understand that real plants are under non-claimable category, buyer have to take own risk if plant wilted/damaged due to delivery delay.

真植物不属于赔偿物品，买家须自行承担风险若运输延迟因素导致植物死亡。

6. During live plant transportation, broken leaves, cracked or damaged plastic pots, and spilled soil may occur and are difficult to avoid. However, these do not affect the plant’s health. With proper care and time, it will recover. We recommend repotting it into your own pot. Therefore, we do not offer refunds or compensation for such issues.

在运输真植物的过程中，叶片折断、塑料盆倾倒或破裂（尤其是大型植物）以及泥土洒落等情况难以避免。然而这些情况通常不会影响植物健康，只需适当养护和一定的恢复时间即可。建议将植物移栽至自备花盆，待其恢复至正常状态。我们不接受因上述运输问题而产生的赔偿或退款请求。
