Common Name: Sago Palm
Description: Despite its common name, sago palm (Cycas revoluta) isn't technically a true palm tree. These fairly low-growing plants with long green fronds are cycads, a group of ancient tropical and subtropical plants that usually grow from a trunk that doesn't branch out.

Care Guide:
Watering: Sago palms have some drought tolerance, but they prefer a moderate amount of moisture in the soil. Water whenever the soil feels dry to the touch, making sure never to overwater to the point of soggy soil.
Sunlight: Sago palms prefer bright, indirect light. Avoid placing them in direct sunlight.

描述: 俗称“铁树”，一说是因其木质密度大，入水即沉，沉重如铁而得名；另一说因其生长需要大量铁元素，故而名之。又名凤尾蕉、避火蕉、凤尾松，多种植在南方，现广泛分布于中国、日本、菲律宾和印度尼西亚等国家。苏铁最为出名的是其开花，被称之为“铁树开花”。
功效：美化环境
易养护指数：喜光，喜铁元素，稍耐半阴。保持叶片清新翠绿。苏铁养护时应保持土壤水分在60%左右，浇水应遵循见干见湿的原则。

3. We will be responsible for replacing wilted plants received within 4 days of shipment to West Malaysia. The replacement will be included in the next order.

若包裹在 4天内收到植物死亡，我们将负责更换植物，更换的植物将包含在下一个订单。

4. It is normal when the color of the plants looks fade and leaves fall during transit as they’d been kept in boxes for few days. Once items received, provide your plants with light, water & good airflow and will recover to their beauty.

真植物因物运输中封闭在箱子而导致褪色/稍微掉叶是正常的。给予足够的阳光水份将会生长回原来的模样。

5. Please understand that real plants are under non-claimable category, buyer have to take own risk if plant wilted/damaged due to delivery delay.

真植物不属于赔偿物品，买家须自行承担风险若运输延迟因素导致植物死亡。

6. During live plant transportation, broken leaves, cracked or damaged plastic pots, and spilled soil may occur and are difficult to avoid. However, these do not affect the plant’s health. With proper care and time, it will recover. We recommend repotting it into your own pot. Therefore, we do not offer refunds or compensation for such issues.

在运输真植物的过程中，叶片折断、塑料盆倾倒或破裂（尤其是大型植物）以及泥土洒落等情况难以避免。然而这些情况通常不会影响植物健康，只需适当养护和一定的恢复时间即可。建议将植物移栽至自备花盆，待其恢复至正常状态。我们不接受因上述运输问题而产生的赔偿或退款请求。
