Common Name: Alocasia
Description: Alocasia bambino is a tropical, tuberous perennial plant that is a decorative foliage plant.. It has huge arrow shaped leaves of a bluish green colour, with silver margins and veining. The leaf revereses are a contrasting purple. They can make good indoor plants, but need bright light and misting to do well for longer periods indoors.
Function: Add visual impact to the environment.
Care Guide:
Watering: They prefer a rich, well drained soil and regular watering, especially when larger. Over watering can lead to root rots.
Sunlight: It can grow in full sun, but does best in part to full shade. It is not frost tolerant.
